Remind free wifi again

because there ain't lots of shops which have free wifi service in cairns  !

 

 

 

It is simply shown as food the menu.

That was absolutely for only breakfast. Everything was so simple.
 

as I told, The chicken schnitzel is here.

But actually I'm not recomanded this. It was so taugh to eat,

and I felt it passed long time to make it. I couldn't feel any special

flovor in this sandwich.

 

 

And Finally !!

 

The eggs benedict servered !

 

 

You can have extra thing on this dish such as mushroom or for vegiterians.  

 

 

I really recomended this eggs benedict!

 

The hollandais sauce was so soft and sweet, baby spinichi also so soft.

 

Expecially I reminded the 'goat cheese' it was just little bit on the top,

 

but so fitful with altogether.

 

I ate eggs benedict with 'Atherton Ham' before,

 

It was little bit salty to me, so I prefer with spinichi.

 

 

 

Anyway, there is kind of good to have coffee and breakfast,

we could take modern style's atmosphere  with those foods.

This restaurnt was located in Spence st. near the Lake st.

Before I visited in here with my boy friend 3 months ago, 

At that time was the first time to eat Ramen in Australia.

So, We think that was really nice.  

But when we travel Melbourne before, We went to famouse Ramen shop in there,

After that, We couldn't feel delicious like before.

Anyway, A long time to go here, everyting was looked same with previous.

You can see the many Japaness and also Aussie.

This place is so easy to find and next to big street, so a lot of people passed by this way.

And they have table for one person like Japan. So anytime you can go alone.

The menu offers mainly Japaness Ramen and Gyoza(Dumplings).

Sitting in the seat, Japaness staff come to take order on your table, 

We was so hungry that day, he ordered "Kintama" Ramen with extra noodle, 

I ordered "Mukashi" with extra eggs, it made by  simple soy stock.

The food quickly to be served!

This is 'Kintama' what he odered. 

When we see the menu,  'Kintama' was based with crushed garlic and miso stock, but not too strong. 

Actually he really wanted to strong garlic flavors and spyicy one, so we also odered 

spyicy sauce (extra 2$), but still not enough to satisfied him. 

But i thought that was strong enough. Also noodle had not swollen up. 

 But it is bad the stock was not to thick. 

This is 'Mukashi' with extra eggs.

I really love this sofe boiled eggs! And it was so different to when i made that.

The stock was so clean and not too saulty, but I felt that something was missing.

'Goya' was tasty. It was crispy and inside is soft and juicy.

In addition, dumplling skin is not too thick, so i like that.

I think they used pork to make inside to be soft.

Anyway it was so hot! Until we finish that still so hot.

We finised all of these. (even extra noodle and spicy sause)

But you have to understand that we were soooo hungry in the night.

I think it is good to go for small dining

Because, Cairns doesn't have many Ramen shops in city.

 So, not to bad choice to here when you woild like to eat Japaness Ramen.

(Compared to 'Okid plaza's one', Here is much better!!!)

This restaurant is cash only so that just make sure you have coin and paper.

Located in near Botanic Garden, 

Under way going to have a resting time

 We were visited NOA  as first time by his special recommendation.

At that time, we riding a bicycle cairns central to botanic garden for a dating, 

It was completely so nice to share a small talk and have a lunch after finished

look around botanic garden.

We took a seat outside and the day's weather was absolutely beautiful or gorgeous to enjoy it,

in addition to the exterior of NOA, the inside came out of feeling like cozy atmosphere.

 Next to hall, in there, the kitchen had been made as open type, it gave me a impression

of clearness. kitchen's appliance also beautifully organized as well.

As shown in this pictures, It was so lovely day !

We took the table with cool breeze.

Even though a week day, I saw many people already sitting there and having a launch.

This restaurant has had a special menu in a week, it will be changed every weeks.  

It composed of main dish, wine and beer.

The menu has been organized simply, also that every serving seemed to look so yammy!

I really want to try one of each dishes

but I was so full because I had some food before got there.

So it was really hard for us to choice one thing at once. After contemplating, 

we decided to order 'Potted Bread and iced mocha and cafe latte half strength for dessert.

This is his favorite 'Iced mocha'

He said 'It is the best Mocha in Cairns!'

Also I felt that it was really lovely. Especially the fresh cream on the top of coffee was exactly 

suitable for sugar in there, it was made more smooth and delicious than normally other things.

But my coffee was normal as another coffee place.

When the food came out, We almost shouted in surprise !

I wondered about that how to serve 'Potted bread', It was soooo beautiful more than

 I expected that.

 In order from left, The yellow one is Hoummus, next is Chimichurri.

The butter was made by Macadamia, I really love that ! It was so good tasting like a cream cheese, 

And I heard some word called 'Hummus ' at frist time from a staff who said it was  made by garlic

and beans.

But we couldn't tasted garlic's strong flavor in here, it was like just tasty soft mayo.

What a pretty this decoration !

in my opinion, a lot of girls probably going to like this restaurant.

It is a good dating place for couples. 

Mayby if you choose a this place for a dating, you will half succeed.

After finised...Almost we had clean without leaving.

It seemed like a war zone.

When I write down this post, I realized that really miss it again.

Overall, The food was not a strong flavor, but it keeps reminding again and again,

it was quite natual food for health and the coffee was also nice as well.

I still appreciate  what they're trying to do. Interesting ingredients and techniques.

I am sure that i am going to visit NOA whenever I come to botanic garden.

No doubt. So lovely !
